Q: What are the restrictions on your free shipping?

A: Our free shipping is only for purchases over $50 with no cold or frozen items. All purchases will be shipped in the standard 3-5 Day Ground shipping. Any purchase with cold or frozen items must be shipped with 2nd Day Air, and promo codes will not apply.

Q: How are the herbs & spices packaged?

A: All of our herbs & spices are packaged in a labeled and clear resealable bag. For custom orders, please contact us.


Q: How are the cold goods shipped?

A: Our cold goods are not part of any present shipping promotion and all purchases that include any cold items must be shipped with 2nd Day Air. This option is available upon checkout. If however you wish to ship via the default $10 3-5 Day Ground shipping, you must first send us a request by using the 'Contact Us' form. Otherwise, any purchase including any cold goods in conjunction with the 3-5 Day Ground shipping WITHOUT request will be cancelled.


Q: Do you accept returns?

Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final. In the unlikely event that you receive a product below quality, please contact us so we can resolve the problem. Thank you!


Q: How much is shipping to Alaska?

Our flat rate shipping on most of our items makes it easy for everyone. As long as your order is being shipped within the USA, you may qualify for one of our flat rate shipping options. Please check the homepage for any updates on this. Thank you!
